About me
Hi there, I’m Jacky.
A product designer based in
San Francisco.
With over five years of experience in product design, I specialize in enterprise UI. I’m currently at Cisco, designing an AI assistant and shaping the design system that helps teams ship AI features.
I’m originally from Hong Kong. In 2020, I moved to the US to study UX design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). As a big fan of Japanese design, I’m fascinated by small details and craftsmanship. I believe “the devil is in the details” – and that’s the key to elevating the product experience.
Besides work, I’m a sketchbook practitioner. I keep a sketchbook with me so I can draw and take notes anytime, anywhere. It’s my personal Figma canvas – a place to explore ideas freely and express myself. It’s also my lens to reconnect with the world, by stepping away from screens and observing what’s around me.
